My baby loves her Daddy very much. She gets very excited when she sees him and will run to him. However, sly child that she is, she will turn around just before reaching him and run back the other way laughing. She wants him to chase her.
Midway down the hall, she looks over her shoulder to make sure he's following. Seeing she has a big lead, she squats with one had on each knee and smiles as if to taunt him. When he fakes a move towards her, she waves her index finger "no" and runs to the end of the hall. But when she sees he did not follow her, she runs back towards him as fast as her little legs can carry her. He then traps her in a big embrace and she gives him a kiss as a reward for her release (or her capture-- I haven't decided yet.)
Later they both sit on the couch and watch tv... for a whole thirty seconds before she gets down to run around and dance at every jingle she hears. Then she'll lay nearby and will laugh every time he laughs even though she clearly does not know why they are both laughing.
Yes, baby loves Daddy and Daddy loves his little girl.
